Return Policy
DTT by L. Green wants you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied we will gladly accept items for exchange, refund or merchandise credit  within 5 business days of the purchase or order delivery date. The returned item must be unworn , unaltered and undamaged.  Custom made order request  are Final Sale. Order Processing Time
Ready to ship orders are shipped within 3 business days. Custom order request are shipped within 6-10 business days.  Business days are Monday - Friday only and exclude any federal holidays.

Restring Policy
DTT by L. Green  uses the highest quality of materials for all of  our pieces.  While every precaution is taken, accidents do happen.  We will restring stretch bracelets within the first 90 days of purchase. After 90 days, a $10 fee will be accessed or a discount towards the purchase of a new bracelet will be given.   If you prefer to have your stretch string upgraded to a different stringing material, there will be a fee starting at $10, based on the string material preferred. 

 

Resizing Policy 
DTT by L. Green will gladly resize your bracelets within the first 10 days of purchase for free.  After 10 days, there will be resize fee based on how many items need resizing.
