Shipping policy

At DTT by L. Green, each order is prepared with care. Many of our products are handcrafted in small batches, so please allow time for your order to be processed before shipping.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Processing times may be longer during holidays, sales, product launches, or high-volume periods.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times will vary based on the shipping carrier and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated shipping times are typically:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after shipment
Priority Shipping: 2–4 business days after shipment, when available

Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking details to update after the carrier receives the package.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

DTT by L. Green is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once your order has been processed or shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

DTT by L. Green is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Once a package is accepted by the carrier, delivery is outside of our control. Customers should contact the carrier directly for assistance with lost, delayed, or missing packages.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with:

Your order number
Clear photos of the damaged item
Clear photos of the packaging
A brief description of the issue

We will review the information provided and determine the next steps.

Shipping During Warm Weather

Some handcrafted products may be sensitive to heat. During warmer months, please make sure someone is available to receive your package when delivered.

DTT by L. Green is not responsible for items that melt, soften, or are damaged due to being left outside, in mailboxes, or in high-temperature conditions after delivery.

Holiday Shipping

During the holiday season, please place orders early to allow enough time for processing and carrier delivery.

DTT by L. Green cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date unless otherwise stated in writing.
