Though crafting began as an accidental love, it grew into a unique and compelling passion for Fort Washington, Maryland native, LaTasha Green. LaTasha followed her creative muse and began designing elegant handmade jewelry, ultimately launching her company, DTT by L. Green, in October 2013.
LaTasha had a desire to share her creations with the local community where she grew up, so in November 2018, she partnered with a major retailer to open a retail store where she showcases her luxurious lifestyle products, fashionable women clothing and provides other small business a retail "hub" to showcase their goods.
Passionate about helping others and serving as a guiding light for them, when LaTasha is not in the studio or at her retail store, she can be found teaching and mentoring others. She provides organizations, communities and aspiring entrepreneurs with professional training to help them tap into their creative & entrepreneurial side through her "Let's Talk Small Biz w/ Tasha" media platform. Her trainings equip others with small business knowledge, crafting skills, life & team building skills and provides a therapeutic outlet that help people cope with life better. She supports & works closely with numerous organizations such as the District of Columbia Parks and Recreation Youth Division, Women’s Veterans Interactive Inc., Girl Scouts of America, National Children’s Medical Center and others to provide programs that continues to have a positive impact to youth and the community. LaTasha received the 2016 DMV Phenomenal Women Award for her leadership in the community, success in business and dedication to supporting the youth in the Washington DC area.

LaTasha was born in North Carolina and was raised in the Suburbs of Washington DC, where she now resides.
